Happy October, everyone! As we work our way into the holiday season we want to feature another one of our wedding coordinators for you all to meet - our very special Bri! This gal has been with us for a few years now + is loved by so many of our couples, both past + present. She is a rockstar behind the scenes making sure all details are perfectly executed the day of, communication between vendors is seamless + constantly making sure that all guests are having a great time.

Bri has taken on a new role as she also handles all of our social media accounts like Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook + even writes our blog posts! Honestly, what more can you want in a pro like her?

Did anyone here have Bri as their coordinator?! If so, give me a 'woot woot'!

How long have you been with At Last Weddings?

I started with At Last in 2017! I'm coming up on my 4 year anniversary this month!

What is your favorite part of a wedding day?

Weirdly enough, my favorite part of the wedding day is when I first arrive. I love walking into the chaotic mess that is the morning of the wedding. As soon as I arrive and I hear "Bri, oh my goodness I'm so glad you are here!"  I know it's time to get to work and make some dreams come true.

Surprises the day of the wedding, are you a fan of these or not?

Honestly it depends. Especially for couples that like to be in control, I think surprises are fun but better to check with Mom or MOH/BM before springing something on the couple completely out of nowhere lol!

How did you get started in the wedding planning industry?

I always loved working events since I was little and would constantly throw parties for all of my friends, complete with a strict timeline and all! In high school I was an intern at a wedding event company in Tampa where my passion for working events grew. When I moved to Orlando to attend UCF to study Hospitality Management, I looked for a fun company to grow with and found my way into At Last Weddings!

Have you ever been a bridesmaid? Any advice for someone in a wedding party?

I have been Maid of Honor FIVE times in the past two years. Just know you were selected as a bridesmaid for a reason, as stressful as it may be you were chosen to help them celebrate and make their day easier. Don't make it about yourself, do what they ask of you and help them every step of the way. You'll be in their position one day and will want the bridal party of your choosing to be helpful instead of a hindrance. After all, its their day! If they want you to show up in a T-Rex suit, so be it! Channel your inner Katherine Heigl in 27 dresses if you must!

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to bake, don't hang around me if you are trying to stick to a diet!

What is your favorite holiday?

New Years Eve! Unlike Valentines Day or Christmas, this is a holiday for everyone: single, dating or married. I honestly don't think I've ever seen anyone sad on NYE, how could you be?!

Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

I was an extra in the movie Oceans Eleven.

Any advice for our couples?

Delegate, and don't be afraid to ask for help! Yes, this is your special day but don't feel like you need to be in this alone.
