Meet The Team | Amanda B.

As you probably know by now (because I've blown up social media with it!), our team finally got some new photos done! Hip hip hooray! I thought this would be the perfect time for a fun Meet The Team series so all of our amazing vendors, brides, grooms + other folks can learn a bit more about each of the amazing ladies that make up At Last. These incredible women have been with my team anywhere from 1.5 years to over 6 years so I think it's definitely overdue!

To kick off our Meet The Team feature, I give you Amanda B! Yes, I have to designate Amanda with a "B" because there are 2 Amanda's on our team! This beauty began working with At Last at the end of 2012 + has been such an outstanding asset ever since. It's been a great time seeing her blossom into such a talented event + wedding specialist over the past several years- you may even see her over at Lake Nona Country Club, as she works in their event department over there, as well. Amanda has a true passion for weddings + you can see that flourish when she is working with each of her couples!

Here you have her.... Amanda B.

How did you get started in the wedding planning industry?
I've always wanted to be a wedding planner since I was little. Once I perused a degree in event management at the Rosen College at UCF I found At Last + dove right into all things weddings!
How long have you been with At Last?
Over 3 1/2 years.
What is your favorite part of a wedding day?
Seeing the bride all complete + dressed up right before walking down the aisle! Nobody looks more beautiful then a glowing bride on her wedding day.

What is your favorite experience you have had at one of your weddings?
Participating in the Hora Loca (aka "Crazy Hour"). It's so much fun watching everyone in crazy hats, glow sticks + all types of accessories having a good time!
 Any advice for brides?
Leave the tiny details + worrying to us + really immerse yourself in your wedding day. It goes by faster than you think!
Favorite detail you have seen at one of your weddings?
A wedding pinata that each guest filled with encouragement, advice or a prediction. The bride + groom get to break it open on their first anniversary... unique!

Tell us a fun fact about yourself.
I'm a thrill seeker! I love scary roller coasters, parasailing, hot air balloon rides. Sky diving or zip lining is next!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Cook, go to festivals, theme parks, travel, hang out with friends
What are some items on your bucket list?
Travel all of Europe, ride an elephant, experience a 5-star restaurant... Victoria & Albert's!?!

If you could do a wedding anywhere, where would it be?
A beautiful vineyard with mountains as the backdrop.
Big thanks to Best Photography for our new team photos!
