Amaretto, red velvet,
marble fudge, OH MY! It’s wedding cake time! Corey + I recently had the
pleasure of choosing our cake baker, which means cake tastings galore! This has
got to be the most fun vendor to select. It was a tough decision; Central
Florida is full of fabulous cake bakers. We eventually decided to book It’s Tasty Too! Heather did a fabulous job sketching the wedding cake of my dreams.
I can’t wait to see it in person!
The inspiration for
our wedding cake
Our wedding cake will no doubt be
beautiful, but more importantly, its going to be delicious! There was no way we
could’ve picked just one flavor, so we got 3! Each tier will be different. Our
bottom tier will be amaretto with amaretto whip and raspberry filling (my
favorite). Our middle layer will be red velvet with hazelnut whip filling and
to top it off we will have peanut butter cake with Reeses whip filling (Corey’s
favorite).
In other exciting news, we received
our wedding invitations. Our Big Day Designs out did themselves once again. We
knew when we saw how excellent our save the dates turned out that we would be
ordering all of our stationary from them. Our invitations are beautiful!

months left! Our wedding is coming together beautifully and will be here before
we know it!
