Casa Feliz is a beautiful historic home in Winter Park that most of our couples use as their venue for their wedding day. There are so many great spaces throughout the venue, we figured we'd break down the most popular spots used throughout the entire evening!
Most commonly used for ceremony is the front of the house, while the driveway is used for cocktail hour with the reception taking place in the main courtyard. However, just because those are the spaces we commonly use for those parts of the wedding, doesn't mean you can't switch it up a bit!

1) Ceremony: Typically, we use the front of the house for the ceremony as it has a beautiful backdrop, plenty of space for a large guest count + the perfect amount of space for everyone to fit at the altar just right. Having a smaller more intimate guest count? Consider using the upper driveway, main courtyard, or even the inside area! All of these spaces are just as gorgeous

2) Cocktail Hour: Typically, we host the cocktail hour on the driveway at Casa Feliz. This gives us the ability to have guests spread out and enjoy all corners of the venue! Perfect spot for all sorts of entertainment as well whether that be a live musician, magician or even a caricaturist. Did you decide to have your ceremony some place other than the front of the house? Whether that be offsite or at another spot on the Casa Feliz property- consider having your guests mingle at the front of the house for cocktail hour. Look how cute this setup is!

3) The moment everyone has been waiting for... drinks, dinner + dancing! All of this will happen at the reception space + the most popular location for this is the main courtyard. Keep in mind florida weather is always a little crazy, so we recommend having a tent on reserve just in case! Having a smaller more intimate wedding? Consider using the driveway for your reception area. Luckily for you, we have both options pictured below!
