A Hurricane Wedding at Arundel Estate near Orlando

The wedding that almost didn't happen! Goodness this one was a doozy! Our sweet couple had the most lovely wedding planned but when in Florida, no one can predict the weather and this day was incredibly unique with Mother Nature not wanting to cooperate. During setup we started getting 'sideways' rain which made our process a bit more difficult than normal. We even had a DJ that decided to bail on the entire wedding at that very moment due to the weather (!!). Fortunately, our team was able to find a new, amazing DJ at the last minute + they swooped in to the rescue!

Even with this chaotic weather, everything turned out beautifully! We were able to move forward as planned, with a few minor adjustments, and our couple were ecstatic. Fun side note, this day was even more special for Ashley + Elisha because of their baby bundle soon on the way! They had the most adorable 'bump' photos taken on the wedding day + we even had a gender reveal exit at the very end of the night! With a mix of sparklers, we had all the guests light up their glow tubes at the same time to reveal the BLUE color, for the son they were about to have. It was such a special moment!
