Totally Wild Wedding at Venue 1902 in Sanford, Florida with Florida Coordinator, At Last Weddings

Brie + Kemper had one of the wildest parties we've seen in 2024! First, the beautiful detailed touches they incorporated were excellent + we had a wonderful time helping with the design. Really, it was all about the customized seltzer margarita cans though... they were a fave! But in the reception the dancing, desserts, people... it was all so fun! They partied + had the absolute best time! Check out the photos below to get a glimpse of this great day!

Hot Pink Disco Dopamine Wedding at the Winter Park Farmers Market with At Last Weddings

When Carrie came to us with a desire to have a fabulous dopamine wedding design we were stoked! It is such a unique way to incorporate your own personal love for a funky aesthetic + it was so fun to plan + design how it all came together. This was a two day wedding where we first had our traditional ceremony in the historical old courthouse room at the history center, located in downtown Orlando. It was sweet + intimate for their family + closest friends. The next day it was all about the party!!! Filled with hot pink, disco balls, charcuterie + more. What a fun design but ultimately it was all about the dance floor! We wanted to incorporate a major 'centerpiece' in the reception + this pink/white checkered floor was definitely it!

What Does A Wedding Coordinator Do? At Last Weddings Shares!

The age old wedding question- what exactly will my wedding coordinator DO? Well we are here to tell you that we will literally do anything needed + more! Besides the monthly checklists, helpful tips while planning + 11 pages of customized scheduling created just for your special day, we are literally everywhere on the big day doing whatever needs to be done! Here are some behind the scenes shots of the At Last Weddings team hard at work ensuring everything is perfect, perfect, perfect- just like its supposed to be! Right when we arrive on site, we are sure to check in on our couples to make sure everything is running smoothly + get them whatever they may need! Check out our very own Bri who is hand placing the boutonniere on our groom to make sure it stays in place all night! Time to get lined up! This is why having a rehearsal is SO important! We make sure to go over the line up, how to walk, where to stand + everything else the wedding party needs to...
